Run by the city of Charlottesville, Meadowcreek Golf Course is an 18 hole, par 70 course that is excellent for beginning and intermediate-level golfers looking for a challenge. Large greens make for great putting and the 6,050 yard course is forgiving of shorter shots, though the rolling lie of the fairways still requires well-aimed hits for competitive scores. The golf course is set in Pen Park on the east side of town, just north of Darden Towe Memorial Park.
