Unhappy about the service that this dental office provides.

I was very unhappy with the way Children's Dentistry treatment my children as well as there care. My son was inactivates as a patient there. Do to the fact that my ex-husband had lost his insurance on our daughter and Children Dentistry policy was to inactivate all members on the account. I was unable to get her dental work completed do to having no insurance on her. My son who was carried on my insurance policy at work was deny care there. Just because I was unable to schedule her care there. I was told by Amy the office manager there that was the policy. This really make no sense to me. I am trying to get my children dental care you would think that they would be more understand to divorce families stuiations. Later that year I was able to add my daughter to my insurance and get the dental work done that she so need. I would really reconsider pick another dentist office...really no compassion here.
